I have had it a little longer. Rarely doe it go out...maybe 2 times since I have had it. I have multiple residences as well and it works since you can watch using 3 devices. One of the drawbacks is not having MASN or the Fox Sports directional to catch the Raycom VT games (wasn't a problem last year when they were on Comcast).

I also like you can still fool what location you are at so if you want to watch something regionally. It is good if you are a NFL fan so you can watch 3 games at once no matter where (I was able to do a 4th with my tablet since I have Verizon and use the NFL app to get local broadcasts).

The unlimited DVR helps and keeps for a specific amount of time (I want to say 9 months). I get all the local channels, and most of the cable channels I would usually watch. I didn't like it went up to $65/mo, but it is still cheaper than cable...maybe ~$30/mo overall.

Now, if you have a big family and everyone wants to watch their own thing, then maybe not since you are limited on 3 devices at a time. I am not sure what the upcahrge would be to add more.
